With the return of spring, the Avignon Hotel Monclar has decided to create a new Website exclusively related to rooms, studios and appartments long stays. For everybody hope to stay, university students, business trips, training, apprenticeship etc, for short, medium, long stay, Avignon Hotel Monclar provides modern, furnished and all equipped housings in the town of Avignon. There are many advantages. Indeed, you have a right to the PL (housing allowance), we assure the maintenance of common place, carpark and wireless internet access are available on demand.
For students, we have a best solution. For yearly rental, you do not need to pay during summer when you go on holiday. Indeed, we keep the housing to you totally until the beginning of following academic year.

Dear customers,
Our room 5 is almost as famous as one french perfume which as the same number.
There is rosette ceiling in that period and also charming balcony. That room is one of the most requested rooms by clients. Because of that, we decided to keep its charm and Provencal tone.
We accept actual tendency, which is the floating floor (parquetry) with an associated rug. For the heating, we installed a radiator, which is able to dry towels in higher position in stead of old style of radiator. In addition, for the bathroom, we chosed very attractive shower that is Italian style.

Voilà 2007 qui nous quitte, et une nouvelle année qui se présente.

Pour la première année à titre professionnel, toute l’équipe de l’Avignon Hotel Monclar a décidé de se joindre au Téléthon 2007. Nous avons longuement réfléchi a une manière simple et rapide de collecter de l’argent afin d’aider la recherche et soutenir les malades dans leur lutte quotidienne.
Pour cela, moi même, Frédéric CLOTA, vais faire don de l’intégralité des recettes de mon établissement sur ces 2 jours. Chaque client pourra ainsi, à sa manière, contribuer à la bonne évolution et au maintien de la recherche scientifique, pour combattre la maladie.
Alors venez nombreux, et consommez; toute sera reversé, parking, petit déjeuners, boissons, internet, cartes postales, aidez-nous à être plus forts ! Nous comptons sur vous, car eux aussi, comptent sur nous !
